Wordpress error after change user folder

I want to create new user for my wordpress site. So i create new user, chown user, and then, my wordpress site error. It said : Internal Server Error. If i change back user, i can access it. Please help me. I think it just folder permission problem. How did you added the user ( i mean through command line or webuzo panel) If you had added the user through command line then you will also need to edit some config files Did you gave the correct permission after adding the user, as from logs its seems not..There is a uid mismatch resulting 500 error About myself https://www.freelancer.com/u/redssr.html
