Hi there, we need a wordpress developer who can create a wordpress plugin that does the following for a surveying company:
- Form builder (including banner or logo at the top of public form)
- Donor relationship management (for survey entry, but also for follow-up calls)
- Hour accounting (for the surveyers)
- Excel export of donors
Our system is as follows: we have surveyers walking in the street, asking people questions for different companies.
One surveyer can work for Medicines sans frontiers, another can work for the World Wildlife Fund.
They log into the system, pick a form (built with a form builder by an admin) and then they fill out the form on a tablet. After they submit the form, it goes to our database, which we need to export later.
We need a form builder for each of the organizations, so that we can customize the forms whenever needed. Or create a new one.
As an administrator, I want to be able to create a new NGO, so that I can create a form for them.
As an administrator, I want to create forms for each NGO, with their own style and make up, and personalized questions, so that we can make individual surveys for them.
As a surveyer, I want to type in a donor's data for an NGO, so that we can export the data later for the NGO.
As a surveyer, I want to call the donors to see if they still agree with the survey and make a note of that in the donor's data.
As an administrator, I want to export the data from donors in a specific Excel format, so I can send it to the NGOs.
As a surveyer, I want to enter my hours worked into the system, so that I can get paid later.
As an administrator, I want to approve of the hours worked, so that surveyers can get paid.
As an administrator I want to export the hours worked per surveyer, so the salary administration can pay the surveyer for hours worked.
Of course there are plug-ins, but it needs to run seamless. So a surveyer has
(1) to log in
(2) Select the form
(3) Fill out the form, click submit
(4) Go to the form list again
