Website updates and fixes PHP

I have some fixes and updates for my website that need to be done. [login to view URL] Front End – When searching for one thing, all equipment comes up in search results. It brings up everything, not just for the search term. When adding items, if there is a photo that is too large, it does not tell you. It just does not work once you click submit. (No error messages or anything to let you know it is not working properly) If I click on an image it does not bring up a larger image for view. Would like to see that when I click on the image that it shows a larger image that has an X in corner to close. When adding inventory details, it pushes all the words together. If I drop down a line in the additional details, I want it to show that way, not all put together in one long sentence. Users should be able to change their email address (Same on admin panel) This should be a larger font so it can be seen once someone has clicked on submit on contact us page. "Thank you for contacting us" Back end – There is no login for staff users? I tried using [login to view URL] and staff cannot log in there. Staff should be able to log in to the back end and add/edit users, add/edit user items, and edit their own profiles. The admin user is already set up. When going to edit an item, it does not allow all the fields to be edited, only the fields that have information in them. If I want to edit, I should be able to add info to more fields. When editing an item, users (On the front end), staff and admin should be able to change the category it is in. When adding a new category it should sort by alphabetical, and not add to bottom of category list on front end (Anesthesia is an example). Items that are added, and then edited, the changes are not staying. When I click on an item to view from list, it should bring up the actual front-end web page listing in a new window. All incoming Emails are going to Junk Mail, even if I add and allow user. Maybe user should be changed to team@[login to view URL] instead of omedical I will explain each piece in as much detail as necessary.
