It requires the development of an application that must access a provided URL. Once accessed, you will go through an HTML table that contains links to PDF files.
These files have a standard format from which the developer will obtain, through an OCR (provided by the freelancer), data that will be stored and / or updated in an existing database.
This process will run periodically verifying the existence of new files or modification of those already processed.
In addition to obtaining the files from an URL, you must go through a directory (accessible online) that contains PDF files of the same characteristics as the previous ones.
The existing database uses the MySQL engine and the required programming language will be PHP.
