I need help setting up a custom input form and user dashboard to review their stats. Please see the attached documents and you may view a demo to the website here - [login to view URL] Please note, this has only been optimized for mobile. I've tried to write down what the logic would look like, as the graphs and conditional on the users input, I do have a spreadsheet which I can share which may help.
