Web Developer Needed

Hello, My Dad and I run a small business online where we sell tires, wheels, and other auto parts. Our problem is our store is outdated back to 2007 and we cannot update it anymore. It seems our only option is to start from scratch with a new site. We currently run on X-Cart and we purchased new software/plugins but failed to implement them. It would be great to get some input on a direction to take from where we are at right now. We can either go with the new software/plugins from X-Cart or we hear great things about Magento. We just need some help deciding what software will take us where we need to go. Here is what we need: Special attributes for wheels(diameter, width, bolt pattern, and offset) and tires(width, ratio, and internal diameter). Search by vehicle and product type(wheels, tires, or both). Filter products by product attributes, price range, manufacturers, etc. The search by vehicle function we want similar to what we currently have at jkwheels.com. It pulls the make, model, and year of vehicles' from a database where we enter the specs. Then the search by vehicle function matches the wheel specs that will fit the vehicle. Each vehicle has a wheel size range, bolt pattern(s), and offset range that specific wheels will fit. We mainly sell wheels and tires but we would like the option to sell any product. To do tires we would want people to search by size they want then add it to the order. When wheels and tires are added to an order it would be nice having the option to have them mounted/balanced. But it doesn't need much more than that it if it sounds confusing I can clear it up over a call or meeting. Please let us know what our options and if you have more questions.
