Web Browser Barcode Inventory Management

Web Browser Inventory Management with mobile scanning functionality. Similar to Viper. Needs: Mobile Web Browser Dashboard (with four user relationships) Dashboard User Information Admin -Should be able to generate usernames and passwords for all levels. -This dashboard should display current inventory of each office, manager, & agent by clicking on the relationship. -The user should be able to change to a office, manager, or agent with the admin's permission. -The admin should be able to display their user specific Office, Manager & Agent Sales from a selected date range. -The last time sales & inventory data was updated should be display as "Last update 8/8/2018" at the bottom. Manager -This dashboard should display current inventory of each direct agent. Additionally, the Manager should be able to display their Agent specific Sales from a selected date range. -The last time sales & inventory data was updated should be display as "Last update 8/8/2018" at the bottom. -Agent -The dashboard should display current inventory of the agent. Additionally, the Agent should be able to display their Agent specific Sales from a selected date range. -The last time sales & inventory data was updated should be display as "Last update 8/8/2018" at the bottom. Database Information Excel based inventory data upload, Cloud, or FTP. Would like to connect with web hooks or API, but the data origin might not give permission, so we may need to adapt using formatted excel files. There are two sources of data in excel format for the inventory management: Unit Sales & Inventory details. Inventory -Inventory data is structured in excel and has relationships by box#, address, date, model, & bar code number. Sales -The each sale represents one bar code number or none if the sale could not be completed with a barcode number associated and the status of the sale (Approved, Denied, Pending) -The sales data will add the following relationships once the sale is completed: agent specific login completing the sale, date/time sold, status (Approved, Denied, Pending),manager, & office. -Sales data should be able to be uploaded as an Excel file, cloud, or FTP. Once added to the database, then each of the admin, office, manager, and agent specific inventory & the number of sales(Approved, Denied, Pending) should automatically be updated on their dashboard. -Once the inventory is in the database, then the admin, office, manager, or agent should be able to move inventory by dragging box #'s (50 barcodes), or single barcodes from their inventory to a connected relationship (Office, Manager, etc). -Once the inventory has been moved to a different user, then that user needs to simply confirm receipt of the inventory to maintain the chain of custody. -Each relationship should be able to download a report in excel format of current inventory and Sales. Mobile Scanner Function -Each user (Office, Manager, or Agent) should have two scanning options and a back button for mistakes. -After one day, then the user will need permission from the office to remove a barcode from inventory. Scanning Option 1 The mobile scanning should be able to scan one barcode, then the entire box of barcodes associated should populate in their inventory on their dashboard. Once confirmed, then the user can drag and drop the inventory to another related user. Scanning Option 2 -Scan individual barcodes to the user inventory, when the box is split manually between multiple agents. I would appreciate the opportunity to explain in more detail. Patrick
