USA Hybrid Lottery App

App showing results America lottery. ( it able to show latest and past results. Also the next draw date and price). America results will be ( at tab 1) Mega Million , Powerball. At the bottom of the phone. There will be tabs for the selection of Mega Million & Powerball, checker ( with scanner or take pictures), number generator, lottery date calculator and setting. I will send drawing to show how the pages look like and sample app. The you can give me a final quotation and time frame.
2. Tab 2 - Checker for results- a function able to scan the lottery tickets purchased and compare with the latest draw result. This function can be optional or can be a future project.
3. Tab 3 - In place a number generators. Able to generate a set of numbers for each individual lottery. Can copy from sample app.
4. Tab 4 - Lottery date calculator tab- sample app “Lottery Date and Love Calculator in android” ( the icon with one man from LDLC ) to make the calculation and results . At the results page put back button, so user go back to the calculation page. Also, to implement a date selector which is easy to use. Example, able to choice date, month and year separately, in state need to select the date month and year at one go.
[login to view URL] 5 - Setting page can be to copy from LDLC and modify, or you can start from scratch. Or to copy from sample app.
6. Notification to user when latest result is available.
7. Setting page will have the following : Rate us 5 stars , Like us in FB , Share this app, download other app, get help/ contact us, no/off for notification.
8. In general, advertisement banners shall be in every pages of the app. To be implemented by developer.
9. To implement Facebook SDK for advertising on Facebook. In short, when I marketing the app in FB, users can click install and install the app. Please kindly clarify with if in doubt or to be very sure you should fully understand what you need to make.
10.. The developer is also to create all necessary files like apk or images for launching. The developer may also need to assist in this.
When applying for job please kindly indication code “6 Superman” in title of the letter or the first sentence of your letter. Without this code the freelancer will not be shortlisted, because I know you did not read this posting. Upon receiving your application, it deemed that you have read and understood and agreed with the terms and conditions. Minor deviation of terms and conditions and price are still negotiable, but you need to indication clearly in the application letter or discussion in skype or freelancer. No discussion on terms once job commenced.
You need to indicate the programming language for making this app. API for the lottery results will be provided but you need to check if it working perfectly. You also need indication the time you and your bid price. Thank you all and good lucks.
Payment & Communication
Payment & communication will be in Freelancer platform only. If any freelancer asks us to do otherwise the Freelancer will be reported. Payment guideline is to follow Freelancer.com. Release of payment only when the job is fully tested with no error. Please do not ask for early payment. Money to be escrow will be in line with the milestone payment. Below milestone is a just a suggestion. You are welcome to comment.
1. Successful launching of android app in google play and tested without error. 10%
2. Successful launching of iOS app in App store and tested without error. 10%
3. Receiving source code and key for both version, 40% each. Total 80%
Signing of NDA & IP & Verification
Signing of NDA and verification of freelancer address is required for this job
