Upgrade / place online / delete password MAGENTO page

Hi folks,
we need a small job to be done. We have had previously an VPS Server, which we have changed into an shared hosting. The old page is now backed up on the shared hosting. We want somebody to upgrade the old page into the newest release of MAGENTO, we need someone to delete the old password since our admin forgot his passwords :(, and we need then the page to be placed online (we have bought an dedicated page). So that´s all.
If we will be happy with the job, we will hire the MAGENTO expert again, for the 2nd project, where we want change the design a bit.
