We need to upgrade CentOS and PHP version on our live in-house private server to have latest website running. Your job is to upgrade both of those along with some other required modules to have our new website running. It requires PHP version 5.2 while our current system has PHP version 5.1. You have to be in Mumbai, India and visit us to complete the project, so please bid only if you can personally come and complete the work.

Currently Which Centos version you are using and at what version you want top update. Do you really need PHP 5.2 version, this version of PHP is also went end of life. currently PHP 7.1 is the latest stable version. If you still want 5.x version i would then recommend for 5.6 which is the latest stable version in 5.x series.
