Hello, I have done something similar in the pas, but I think you don't know what it takes to do what you want. The problem is not the program/code. The problem is that you need multiple IP addresses via proxy servers and a good server with sufficient bandwidth. I can help you with all the steps needed to achieve it. But be prepared that depending on the scale you need it, this migh cost a significant amount of money. Also please be warry that this has high chances of banning your account.
