Customer journey: Single live chat, here is the customer journey. (1) Customer enters website, live chat pops up "Hi! Can we help you with anything today?" customer selects YES OR NO.... NO - No problem. If you need anything else just type below YES - Great! I'll connect you with a real person now. May I start off with your first name please? customer types.... Thank you. And finally, your email or phone number in case we get disconnected? customer types... Thank you so much. Connecting you now.... (Sends me a text) You're talking with Jack. then ill talk to customer 1-2 times, get their mobile number and send them a text to call or chat with me. thats the funnel. Backend: from the MOMENT the customer user selects YES, it begins a new text SMS thread to my chosen number and texts me responses as soon as the customer types the responses, with no delay. When I reply on text, it sends reply to customer. on twilio, This live chat is all SMS'ed to me to my personal mobile number via twilio so I can respond instanlty. My SMS responses are routed via live chat. EG when I text back it responds with that text in live chat. Would love your thoughts, criticisms and quoting.
