As titled, to develope a TTS which can recognize Chinese language and grade automatically with the ability to : 1. convert background-inputted text to sound and pinyin while retaining the manual upload via local or Url option; 2. evaluate the learner's pronunciation while grade automatically and being integrated to moodle grading system; 3. show the play, record, evaluate buttons for the top sentence/line on each page; 4. with the option to show the whole article or one sentence by one sentence.
