A tool to pull out data for gold price movements

I need a tool to give information on certain times of the day for major stock exchanges eg: Tokyo, Frankfurt, London, New York.
The tool should send the daily information and store it for later. Opening price, closing price and the movements in the first hour of the opening in the different locations mentioned above.
Also the tool should create a graph to see if there are any pattern in % up or down based on the previous days closing price. Fx: SPOT gold is open almost all 24 hours of the day but ofter there are movements when stock markets open and close so if NYSE close today and the gold price is 1329 when it closes and tomorrow it opens at 1320 and how does it behave the first hour (or maybe only 30 min) to see if there is a pattern in this.
