I need to build a Telegram marketing tool that does the following functions. 1. Scrapes usernames from channels/groups, and allows for export of this list to CSV. 2. Auto-adds (imported CSV) to preferred channel or group. 3. Allows bulk send messaging. The marketing tool can be built on any language as long as it's fast. Works with Windows 7 , 8 , 10 This is not a mobile app You must be familiar with the Telegram API
