I need a demo website designed with some functioning features. Please see a mock up website [login to view URL] ** Please keep in mind this is only for Frontend design reference only, As some features are not incorporated as I do not know how to code that. It is only to give you an idea of how the layout should look***. This will not be a fully functioning website. Only parts of it will function and the rest will be a mockup so that other can see what the design will look like. One thing that is not in my mockup is a password protection access. I must keep the budget low on this. If possible, It must be kept under $400. If you cannot keep under $400, you will have to agree to 50% payment release at end after site has been beta tested. And remaining payment released over 4 monthly equal payment. Any issues that occur within those four months will have to be addressed before that monthly payment is made. I will give you FTP and MYsql access for database integration. You will not get access to my cpanel under no circumstances Please review the requirement and submit an accurate bid. Please do not bid without reviewing the requirements. No upselling, post a sincere honest offer. No hourly contracts.
