Speed up backend workdpress load speed

I am running a ecommerce site. The backend is running on wordpress and woocommerce. I am unsure why the backend is always loading slow. At times it would be slightly faster. Could you help to optimise the SQL and review the Droplet's Nginx error logs (/var/log/nginx/[login to view URL]) and the PHP-FPM error logs to ensure that there are no error.
