Some small tweaks to my website

We've ran a website business mainly wordpress with a developed ecommerce plugin. We have also employed someone from the phillipines for the past 6/7 years and feel they need some back up help with certain tasks. The current small project is as follows: This is a snooker hall, [login to view URL] and the website is just going to be used to store members details, but only visible to the owner of the business when they've logged in The majority of this work has already been done but we require some tweaks Can you give us a quote for the following work, and when this will be finished by How it currently operates The website looks like a pretty standard wordpress install from the front. Once you log in, you will see there are 2 additional pages. One is a basic Members List and the other is a Members Registration Page Members Registration Page On the Members Registration Page Can you add an additional field for 'Email'? but do not make this compulsory - there maybe many members that dont have an email address Can you remove the 'Send these credentials by email' as we dont require it at the moment? Can we add a drop down box and add 2018, 2019, 2020 into the dropdown and default the value to 2018? Can we call this box Membership Year? Member List Page Can we remove Role and Posts column from this page? Can we add the default Membership Year (2018)? Can we have an edit button that takes you back to the Members Registration page in case some information is incorrect, or unavailable at the time, like image or say email address? When you click on 'More', the information displayed needs to be as per the Members Registration Page and all other information removed Can we have a search member facility? ie by either first or last name I've uploaded a couple of screen grabs so you can see what the hidden pages look like
