Do some changes and customization to my wordpress website

Website improvement with more types of things added e.g. drop down lists, the font needs to be improved, Payment services like stripe integrated, better profile creation page like increasing the security e.g. verify email and password. News feed page for the when someone creates a profile, sliding/moving animations. Somethings need to be removed and changed around. More things may be added too. my website is: [login to view URL] 1. Some of the font of the website especially when completing forms they are a bit faint and hard to read off. 2. There is an issue with the with the sizing and alignments of the pictures on the site, needs resizing etc. 3. I would like some things in the forms to be removed e.g. (Neighbourhood from the form), one part of the forms to be moved into another section with more drop down lists so most of it can fit on one page and there is less steps. 4. When it's being redirected, the msg is at the top, I would like it to be at the bottom (this is when you're going on to the next step of the listing). It needs to be more DISTINCTIVE! 5. Drop down list for when entering the city, makes it easy to continue to the next stage. 6. A cancellation and payment section for listing. With drop down list for cancellation and a section for late cancellations. 7. The stages on the listing a property I would like check boxes at the top to show if the Landlord hasn't missed anything while listing e.g. Green tick, Red Cross if they've missed something. 8. Also when listing a property, there is a pricing issue, it only displays the price of the property per night. It needs some fixing.
