SMTP email tracking script for crm (not bulk mail)

I want to integrate a email inbox script to manage sending and receiving emails into crm. It should track open rates, sequence automation, bounce rates, clicks and resend emails automatically if not opened. Basically the whole idea is really when sending proposals and emails that you never know if people read your email or even get it. So we want a way to integrate this into our software which will be used as part of a saas. It should integrate into this crm but i do not want any emails to be stored on the actual platform if possible, just as a gateway. [login to view URL] i will make this into a saas. The most important features is security as i dont want anyone to work about data being stored if possible and also the email followup sequences. Only those with experience must apply, not interested in trial and error, if you have this made already great, i dont really need anything custom. Max budget is $100, possibly $150 depending on your pitch and how well it will be made as a stand alone service. I really want this to work with smtp but it seems that gmail seems to be easier for whateevr reason so maybe gmail business.
