Simple Wordpress plugin to add script to header (Private)

This is a very simple project for the right person, requiring a basic Wordpress plugin with one function only - to add a script supplied by the user to the header of their Wordpress site. So after downloading and activating the plugin, clicking Settings > [name of plugin] from the sidebar will take them to a single page with a single text area. They then enter a script (supplied by the related service I need this plugin developing for), click Submit, and the page then confirms the script has been installed in the head section of their site. That's it. It needs to be simple, reliable and perform this one task only. Presuming the project is satisfactory, there will be follow-on work in future to ensure the plugin is always kept up to date with the latest Wordpress version.
