I have a new website running on Ruby on dedicated server (ngix, debian 9). I can't made changes to the frontend of the website. When I change some code some files in the website directory it won't change anything to the website. It seems there is some caching going on and I am not familiar with Ruby on rails and I need help to stop caching (and be able to start it again if I want to).
