Repairs + Additions + Technical SEO to Existing Webpage

I have an existing single page website. It is a Domain for Sale Landing Page.

I have made a list of the work I need doing which is attached in 2 documents. There are a couple of major problems which should be very easy to fix. There are a few minor changes I want. And several Technical SEO additions I found online mostly from Seobility.com. Plus some additional text and links added to the end of the page.
I had a language problem trying to explain to the web-designer what I wanted or maybe they weren't experienced enough in this work.
The Make an Offer section is wrong. It is supposed to use reCAPTCHA but they made their own code instead of using the code from Google and doesn't work. It should require the client to enter their Name, Email and Offer then confirm that it has been sent.
The PayPal Buy Now is not linked to my PayPal account and doesn't work.
I am very happy with the layout and design. I just need 2 minor changes as listed.
