Rental WordPress web site enhancements

- We have an already running website for Rentals, we need to add some simple enhancements to the website. (you can see the website through this URL: [login to view URL]) - The website is based on Word Press "Traveler" theme. - The website already contains: a- Admin / Guest / Agent / Broker accounts with specific dashboard for each. b- Units creation / reservations / availability Control / Cash payment are working fine. c- It is already responsive on mobile device. d- Ability for any user to chat with Admin through whatsapp / FB Messenger. e- When a reservation is confirmed by the guest a notification mail is sent to the guest with all the details of reservation. f- For the Admin he can show all the list of reservation is his Dashboard. g- For the admin when creating a new rental, he can select the rental type from a predefined list of unit types - So the website is fully functioning however we need to add the following enhancements: a- Enable different types of discounts: -> Early bird discount : % of the price, added to each unit separately. -> Special discount for durations above certain periods ( > 15 days -> 5% for example and > 30 days -> 10%) also added to each unit separately b- Chatbot Add chat bot instead of whatsapp and messenger, in the admin we can select which user(s) can see and respond to these messages c- SMS Guest to receive also an SMS in addition to email for his reservation when confirmed d- In admin dashboard, Filter orders by resorts / unit name / owner name / agent group / broker name / reservation status / owner settlement status e- Add the following rental types : Twin House , Town House , Standalone Villa , Regular Chalet , Duplex with Garden , Duplex with Roof
