Post message and image on FB wall of the user

Hi, I want to allow users to come on my website , android and ios app , login with their FB account , then will ask them to post on their timeline , some static image and message. if they say yes , will post on their fb wall. We are looking for someone who is familiar with v2.8 of FB Api where we can to do review of the app first to allow posting.. so will together make it for ready , need some one to help through the process and coding will be handled later.
