PHP code expert needed for implementing Google SEO code in a custom PHP website

I have the website [login to view URL] in custom PHP which is in Greek (if you want to check it out in English try [login to view URL]). I need the following requirements from a developer with an excellent experience in PHP:
SEO requirements:
1. Sitemap / [login to view URL] -
2. Headers H1, H2, H3, in our 9 main pages (I have all of them ready for you in a doc) -
3. Tags and Image alt tag for every image and icon in the main pages -
4. Fix Redundant Hostnames (Google reads it wrong) -
5. Canonicals & 404 error pages -
TAG MANAGER requirements:
Setup 3+3 events / tags for my remarketing and retargeting campaigns. I will give you more details (tag manager is already set up and linked with Analytics). -
It is important to have relative experience because the code is difficult and the previous developer couldn't even edit the Headers without affecting the front end design. Bids from profiles without reeviews will be ignored. Thank you
