Opencart Theme Integration with existing extension

Just want to add Journal Theme in my opencart version 3.0.2.0 ([login to view URL])
But the problem I am facing is when I activate my theme the plugin(designtailor) which I am using in the basic version doesn't work ( I am using Design Tailor which allows me to customize tshirts, mugs, cusion covers etc)
