Opencart dropping extension

I'm looking for somebody who can create a universal opencart extension to integrate dropship to import products from online supplier such as Aliexpress and Chinabrands into my opencart store. I know there are a few extensions out there in the market but i want something custom build. It should automate product downloads, inventory sync and order management and anything related to dropshipping automation. It must include documentation user guide.
