This application will be on .NET Framework Platform, PHP Framework and JavaScript Framework in combination with a Full-Stack style development required for Mobile and Web Application as well. Only Illinois USA based new or experienced developers or even interns can bid for this project. Developers can suggest for change of technology and we will consider their words. This project can be extended and have changes as time grows. The developer should be responsible of sharing all the code and maintain later whenever we need changes in the system.
