I need a WordPress plugin for user registration

I Need a WordPress Plugin where Users can register themself. They should register themself with the following fields: Name, Surename, E-Mail (with validation), Website (http://, validation) (all Fields required) After Registration a Username an Password is generated with the following structure: User: XX YYYYY ZZZ -> U111002A7T XX Prefix defined in Code YYYYY User id e.g. 11002 (should Start at 11002) ZZZ Postfix random alphanumeric e.g. A7T Password: random alphanumeric with special characters, 12 digits e.g. AuB93tZi)E&9 All User details should saved into a separate - non wordpress -table. Password should saved as Unix crypt(3) form. There also should created a new file-directory with the username (without postfix) e.g. ../users/XXYYYYY -> ../users/U111002 Important: the directory should not within the wordpress directory, it is one higher level. Username and password should be displayed after registration at the homepage and also sent via mail.
