Need WordPress experienced developer for plugin customization shortcode

Need WordPress experienced developer for fixing plugin short-code that is not working. Project is related to Resales Online API integrated in WordPress website. We made short-code for displaying Resales properties city name wise previously, but now this short-code is not working. So need to fix this.
