I need a team that will make long term continued iterations to my website.

Website purpose: A website that's about matching people with similar aspirations dreams or goals that have never done them before to work on them together. Specifically with other people who have also never done them before. Fostering friendship through the experience of getting to complete the goal with each other. Strategy: So besides fixing/removing bugs. The way I want the site to grow is through iterations/cycles of changes based on user feedback. That means whatever feedback my users send me I'm gonna determine which is then most helpful for the overall site and ask your team to make those changes. This strategy is based on the execution rapid fire iterations so the site can grow and keep growing. I'm requesting a long term agreement in which in the beginning I will pay you based on each iteration but as time goes on and more money comes in I will be able to pay a flat fee like EX: $20,000 single payment for like 6 months of work or whatever. I don't have the money right now to post large offers but I promise when the website takes off I will pay you more handsomely
