Need A Real Estate Website

Hello Everyone, I need a real estate website with the following requirements: a) User can register and pay the amount for the registration. b) From there dashboard they can publish the property. c) Payment gateway i need Paypal , Stripe . d) SMS & Mail Notification for admin & property owner (Person posting the property) e) After the registration they need to choose the package for example like to display 5 property or 10 property like so on . So will be keeping the name of the each package as the Basic Package , Premium Package , like that ... Once they chosen the package and made the payment and once admin approves then that package will get activated in their account and display the counter like how many is used and How many are remaining ... f) Property will get posted on the website under category once admin approves. g) There will be message system as well which will not be offline , It need to be real time like the facebook , Customer can chat with the admin or with the property owner. h) Analytic will be there, SEO you need to do i) Graph of the person viewing from the different location j) We will supply stock photos which all we have purchased already of the estate business and also we will supply the content of the each section. NOTE * While biding on the project mention the word like "I have got your points" or else it will get ignored. Backend - Core PHP Database- MySQL Database structure i will be needing Frontend: HTML5/CSS and Javascript Need one solid full stack developer only. Able to spend at least 20 hours a week on the project. Timeline: 1.5 to 2 months.
