Hello, I have a couple of websites and I want to upgrade their forms. I want the forms to look nicer, work smoother, showing one part at a time, similar to these forms: [login to view URL] SO the user sees ONE question, and once that question is answered, new Divs populate with the next question. I have three forms to do, and a bunch of PHP bugs to fix. Looking for long term freelancer. Just ONE PROGRAMMER Needed. Not interested in a team. Please share links to your forms Only please.
