Need to fix a phishing problem with my web site

Hello In which platform the site has been developed ? (WordPress?) It seems that the site is in maintenance mode as we could not see the site pages. Can you make it live to have a view of the site? Or Do you have a backup of the files and database of the website? What is the average traffic for the website per day? What phishing problem the server hosting are mentioning?
