Mysqli Database for saving web articles, documents, audio/video

Very simple web page where user will be able upload webarticles, document files, audio/video files and save it also inside mysqli database. Mark important key words (tags) and then on searching page he will be able with this tags search back and find relevant results from his database. Detailed Description: 1. Upload Very simple web page where user will have four input. A. Input for Key Words (Tags) - These words (tags) will be used later in this system which will be used for searching inside articles. B. Input for web link. User will put on this input full web address where is his article. B1. After Uploading - system will run searching in this article and look for Key Words (tags) which are saved inside database if the system will find something it will mark this tags with yellow or red color. After that user will be able to assign "weight" (percetual from 0 to 100) to these tags. After user is done with this assignation process user will hit Save and system will do this: B2. system will save to the mysqli database this original link, original name of this artile, original date of this articles, whole (full) text of this article to the database, make 1:1 website copy of this webarticle and save it on user server, make screenshot (picture) of this article but also with these marked tags inside this article, make copy of the text and save on the user server as a document file. C. Input for uploading document files. User will use this input for inserting and uploading doc,pdf or txt files. C1. After Uploading - system will again do same like for web article in point B1. From B2. system wil do this: save to the mysqli database original name of this artile, original date of this articles, whole (full) text of this article to the database. D. Input for uploading audio/video files. User will use this input for inserting and uploading audio/video files. D1. User will be albe after uploading this file to run it and there will be option to add timestamps for tags. User after hitting ADD button will be able write in to autocomplete search input Key Word (something like in google search when after starting writing something system is checking to the database and looking if the tag is there and he is giving suggestion). After adding this Key word (tag) user will be then able to also write exact time when in audio/video file is this word and system will save this. User will be able to add these "timestamps" howmany he want. Then after clicking on this time system will jump to this time and run this file from this time. E. Autocontroling for duplicity of the articles. (system will check if there is no same article or weblink on databse) if yes then system will mark that and show user that such article or document or audio/video exist. 2. Controling, After user is finished with his upload user will hit Finish button and then system will send email to administrator and admin will be able to check whole new upload and will be able to delete it or change assigned weight for each tags which has made user. If admin is finished then finally after hitting Finish system will save this to the main database. 3. Searching. Simple site with Autocomplete Search input where user start write some tag and system will run searching inside database and find everything which include this tag. User will be ablet to use several tags to get more specify result. For example user will write one key word or full name (two words) after searching will be complete user will be able to search from this result and use another key word and search more from this selected first search. Also user will be able to search several key words at onec if he wants. Searching will show all results from most relevant (assigned percentual weight) to lowest. But user will be also able to align his result from article date, name etc. 4. Mobile optimization. User will be able to use this website also on mobile phone.
