Modify my CRM

1.I need someone to add SMS functionality to my CRM using an SMS gateway or a service like send in blue.
I would be able to sms on leads adding, periodical SMS after 3/4 days till a certain time, manual SMS too.
2. Right now I have the functionality of assigning a lead to a single sales agent, what would be multiple agents.
This is the CRM I'm using [login to view URL] It's self-hosted. A REST api of the crm is available for purchase, i can purchase that of it would be usefull.
