I'm a skilled web applications developer. I primarily use PHP/MySQL for the web applications that I create. All of my applications are responsive(mobile friendly) and have multi-lingual support. I can how examples of some applications that I've created if you would like. a) I have converted MS Access to a web application using MySQL on one occasion. It went very well and was similar in function to what you have described; inventory management, client management, service management, and payment management b) I have used Quickbooks personally in the past, but I haven't done an integration with Quickbooks. I did some research and it appears that there is a well documented API for integrating with Quickbooks. I have extensive API experience and should have no problems integrating with Quickbooks.
