Maintain Existing Web App

*** About Us:
We are a small Australian company which has developed software for creating employment agreements which are compliant with Australian law.
The website is build using PHP in the CI framework.
Our existing developer is based overseas also, but recently the quality of the work has diminished. Errors are not fixed swiftly or efficiently, and often the same errors repeat multiple times.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the maintenance and development of this web application based on task allocation as per Asana.
Hours of work will vary from 10 to 30 hours per week, with no guaranteed minimum hours.
As a freelancer, we need you to have the ability to prioritise urgent tasks as they arise, and then complete less important tasks when there are fewer tasks overall.
Our system takes user-inputted data to produce a PDF which is then available for downloading. The data is then added to a template contract.
There is an admin-panel for managing the questionnaire and user databases. A paypal gateway exists to ensure users only have access to the PDF document after they have completed payment.
*** What we're looking for:
Our company is looking for a web developer with experience in building and maintaining complex web applications. Good English skills, experience developing professional service software and the ability to work independently and rely on initiative and dedication is essential. You must have extensive experience in PHP and Javascript, and a good understanding of the Codeigniter framework. We use Asana for our project management so experience with that platform would be ideal also.
Our business generates legal documents and as such, precision and attention to detail is absolutely important to us and our clients. You will have the ability to foresee coding issues and correct these with accuracy.
We look forward to connecting with good quality applications who can fully appreciate our project needs. We are anticipating this project being ongoing at approximately 10-30 hours per week depending on the tasks outstanding. Project work will be awarded on an ongoing basis based on the efficiency with which tasks are completed. Tasks not completed within a reasonable time will result in the project being re-tendered on freelancer.
