Laravel expert for website design changes

I'm looking for an experienced Laravel programmer to make the following changes to an existing website: 1) remove loading spinner 2) remove dark layover that appears on homepage slider and sections header 3) make the categories link as a pulldown that shows first the main categories titles then the subcategories as well as an image linked to each subcategory. Control this image upload from the admin side 4) in each category section header [login to view URL] be able from the admin section to change the background image 5) in category section remove from left side menu the TAGS section 6) change website font 7) when adding categories or products, after adding an image or a title and saving it, things go back to a different state. We need to fix this very annoying issue. Looking for someone that can start right away and complete these changes in the next 4 hours.
