Interactive Local Map for Bus Route

I need to have a local interactive map built for a bus route. If it is not necessary to use an 3rd party service then I would rather not but if it is easier to do so and use a service like [login to view URL] or a similar service. In the end I will need it to work, and look like this. [login to view URL] it can be web based or native iOS whichever is easier. I will provide the routing information needed upon discussion of the task and qualification. I will want a full plan of action and explanation on what and how it will be done.
