I want to add the ability of initiating a voice chat inside my Livezilla chat software..
with this main features:
1- the agent can enable or disable the voice chat from his end (and admin as well can enable or disable the voice chat for all the operator)
2- All voice chat should be recorded and linked with corresponding ticket id (when we review the text chat, we should find a button for the voice chat recording)
3- Agent can add/invite other agent to help him during the conversation (because we provide online counselling and consultation)
4- It should be secure and work on all browser that support the webrtc feature..
5- Should be accessible from desktop /mobile
6- Integration with our Apps (IOS-Android)
7- Archive/Library for voice chat (also, it should have a link/referral to the corresponding ticket)
8- Ability to search for specific voice chat in library via (ticket id/name of visitor/ip address/or tags)
Please, if you don't have an advance experience with webrtc don't place any bid here.
Also, you should provide an example of your previouse webrtc work in your portfolio..
9- The user/visitor after the voice chat finish, he will be redirected to the chat review/feedback for evaluation for the agent (we can use the same feedback feature that is available inside the livezilla)
