Integrate myCred plugin between Wordpress site and PHP Script site.

***MUST BE ABLE TO WORK DURING THE WEEKEND AND FINISH WITHIN 48 HOURS!*** Summary: We use myCred (reward points) wordpress plugin on a wordpress website. BUT we would like actions from a separate php script site to connect with this plugin ad add points to users accounts on the wordpress site. More details: When a new user creates an account on our wordpress site, they are AUTOMATICALLY created an account om the php script site as well. The websites are different but are part of the same community. The wordpress site is a Business Directory website and the php Script is a social media site. Because myCred is a wordpress plugin it is easy to award users reward points for watching videos, sharing content, etc from our wordpress site. HOWEVER, we want users to also earn points when they post and share from our social media site (php script). So when a user creates a new post on the php site, or shares a post from the php site, there will need to be a signal sent to the wordpress site (myCred plugin) to award that user a specific amount of reward points.
