We need an App for Android and iOS, that communicates with a Drupal backend. This backend will be set up by up, but you will be required to created custom php functions to communicate with the App. The App itself is a tool that allows people to post text and images, if they have been the victim of a crime. The type of crime can be selected, as can the optional reward that is issued. Then, the App can publish the content to popular social networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and others - through the Drupal backend. There must be an advertisement field in the App, which connects to the Drupal Ad module (http link). You will be required to completely write the App from scratch, using the guidelines we set. Please read the attached document carefully, it is INDICATIONAL and will give you an idea what the App must be able to do. If you bid and we accept, we will make up and sign a binding contract together, which will define alle product details. Please only enter a bid when you understand the full scope of this project. If you want to place a 'placeholder bid', don't waste our time. If you can not fulfill all parts (Android, iOS, Drupal) then do not bother. Only serious bids please. We know how much effort this is, and how much it is not. Unreasonable bids will be deleted directly.
