gift coupon in payment module for AE Dating 4.1.0004

Whant to have a gift coupon code system for AE Dating as an option in payment module of AE Dating

- auto generate a spec. amount of gift coupon no. wich is only 1 time usable

- only one gift coupon can use by a user

- gift coupon no. has to put in on payment page instead of paying. they will get e.g. 1 month spec. access (It's possible to create a spec. membership level for that in AE Dating!)

- table with all gift coupons(open and used for xyz user)
