I would like to creat a crawler that could copy the data from this site: [login to view URL]
As you enter the website, there are some fields, in portuguese, that I would like to use to get the data:
Situação Cadastral - ATIVO
UF - SP
Município - São Paulo
Then, click on "I'm not a robot" (Não sou um robô) and "Buscar corretor" buttom.
You will see a list of names. At this list there is a buttom "Ver detalhes", where you go to another page, with a photo, name, and other contact names from real state professionals. Some has just phone numbers, others just e-mail and in some cases both of the information. We need basically name, e-mail and phone number.
There is about 42 thousands registers on this list.
We are accepting two kinds of quotes. If you can do both, no problem! :)
1 - CSV: one file with all the data - maybe you have a tool to do this, but we have tried tools like Mozenda and didn't worked.
2 - An app made on PHP or Java, source code included, with a robot that copy and generate a CSV file. It has to have in a very simple way the possibility to change the fields value if we want to get another data. Don't need to have an admin os something to do that. If we have a file with the parameters, it's great! For instance: we want to get data from other UF or City.
The information is public, so I think there is no problem to get them. If I'm breaking any rule from Freelancer.com or if it is not legal on your country to do that, please don't answer my request.
