I viewed your database file and I guess you are or were using Laravel framework to save this data as all of the tables have the same kind of timestamps like "created_at", "updated_at" and "deleted_at" I'm a PHP/Laravel developer with 5+ years of experience and I have worked on many of RESTful API-s. I know the concepts of REST deeply and if you want the same coding in Laravel framework, We can simply write route resources, as the Laravel has a good support for RESTful applications. With my solution a standard rest api can be built in a few (3-4) hours, including basic authentication, custom endpoint names. Adding oauth takes 2-3 h more, custom acl is a question of discussion.
