Firstly a prerequisite is that all calls must be recorded. Extensions are set to record all.
1. API call to originate an call from an internal extension to an external phone number
2 We must be able to dynamically set the external callerid through the API call
3. API call to hangup all active lines on an extension
4. API call to view all active calls on the PBX
5. API can create domain, extension, routes etc.
6. API can read call records
