Fully equipped website for a school

Hi,

We need a fully equipped website for a school.

At least 4 user rights level: Admin, Teacher, Student, Parents.

User area, where depending on your user type you can upload, read/write download documents

- E.g. A student will be able to see their past exams, categorised by subjects, their current average, their attendance... be able to download certificates, be able to upload medical certificates, authorisations from parents...

Interactive video conference, where students can draw online at the same time in a virtual blackboard, the teacher can break the session into small groups, sessions can be recorded... The video tool should register also statistics such as connection time per individual to automatize important statistics such as tracking students' attendance.

Math area / History area / Philosophy area... where the respective teachers can upload their materials, past exams, lists of exercises, recordings of previous teaching sessions... the students can also submit their documents/images/videos to complete the assignments.

Exams: A tool to create online tests should also be integrated: Multiple-choice, single-choice, free input, etc.

Chat: There is a chat in the website. You can talk to other students that are connected (if the admin allows student-to-student chatting) or to teachers.

Calendars: Every person will have their calendar, and teachers can modify their students calendar automatically by adding events to their subject (e.g. exam on Tuesday at noon). Admin can modify all calendars, by adding school-wide events. Privacy of each other calendars can be ensured.

"Enter your classroom" button: Based on the student's calendar, the button redirects you to the suitable virtual room for your next class.

After the class, when the teacher closes the room, the students are automatically "thrown" to a special virtual room for only students, where they can talk to each other. The button "Enter your classroom" will make you leave your current virtual room and attend your next class.

IMPORTANT: We DO NOT require you to "build" any tool. We want to heavily rely on proven solutions (think of Zoom, Outlook calendars, etc. etc.), but the integration should be SEAMLESS, i.e. no need to go out of the website to do anything, with very very few exceptions (maybe zoom/the video application).

Therefore, we are looking for great ASSEMBLERS :) A powerful UX/UI is also very important, it should look AWESOME, and delivery in a low-code technology (e.g. Wordpress) of most of the website is a must.

The only code that you need to make yourself are, therefore, connecting APIs and integrations, and some simple high-level logic for features such as the button "Enter your classroom".
