Front end design for Meteor app (Full stack preferred as well)

Looking for someone who has experience with Meteor who can customise the front UI for recently built web app using Meteor. I have few good examples which we need to take inspirations. Currently we built this web app bootstrapped and as we are just starting, we need helping hand to work with us focusing mainly on the front end. So having a design mindset can be healthy interaction between us. I am not sure whether you need React.js or bootstrap or webflow experience. I have the basic layouts ready with me. I will show the style in few websites what we want. You just design and show in live environment. In case if there is needed to add new fields in the backend of meteor , you should have the knowledge as well The idea of the product: We are building a non profit platform where people can share(1) post interesting ideas that they found. (2) curate ideas from our idea bank into a collection page . A framework or a plan book for their town development, village development. (3) That ideas can inspire the next solutions So you can check the same product which i have built using wordpress([login to view URL]) but we need like web app which has smooth experience for people to share information faster.
